Example 1 - 0:00, Example 2 - 0:45, Example 3 - 1:02.
I can only be certain that it works vs the characters shown but I haven't tested it vs the whole cast. After figuring it out it took a little while to come up with even 1 regular set-up (since, from what I understand the opponent must be standing for it to work) but here it is from a hard knockdown, regular standing combo and an air-throw. I'm pretty sure you can get it from a ground forward throw too but again, I haven't tested it enough.
The first clip shows the whole infinite in order to demonstrate how long it takes to kill and how quickly you gain meter from it.
