hi my bunny got bit by a rat its been 24 hours now since that happened, and now the worst part is the area where my baby bunny got bitten is now swelling. I don't have enough money to bring her to a vet.. do u have any advice of what should I do and not do? Is antibiotics would do good? I know nothing about this can someone please help me?..

No one is going to be able to advise you on the appropriate course of action in a case like this. The one and only thing you can do is take the rabbit to a vet. There is no telling what diseases that it may contract from a rat, therefore, no way to know what medication it may need. If you cannot afford to take care of a rabbit properly when it needs it, maybe you should not have it.

He is a happy little guy...just stuck with a case of head tilt thanks to previous owners that didn't know what to do...like take him to a Veterinarian...

well thank u for that, I was short atm.. but I didn't say I can't take care of them, I just found your comments a little harsh u can just say 'no, we can't help u' or 'u really need to see a vet no matter what'

btw we did went to a vet, I used my last money but they disappointed me..

Very good technique! Putting the syringe to the side of the mouth, in the space between the front teeth and the back molars, aiming toward the other cheek (more or less). Well done!
