Because they weren't good enough in settling their friendship matter. Obviously, they looked at each other without the looks they used to have when performing in Casino Rama.
I believe they will overcome the hardship. Come on, let the audiences see the best part of artists performing on stage.

@sak8ura linda n ray avoided eye contact, I think they felt embarrassing. Before they sang, audience kept asking ray to kiss linda. Other clips showed that.
