Megaman 7 - Beating Wily

Some people still have problems beating Wily in MM7. This is my strategy to take him down.

When he's not on ground level, stand under him but not in the middle. If you need to slide to the left then stand more to the right and the other way around. Listen carefully to the sounds that his projectiles make. Slide away when they're about to start moving for the second time, then jump over them as they follow you.
You'll see that I got hit once, that's what happens when you slide too soon, you have to wait til the last moment to slide or that will happen.
If he's on the ground, just stand on the other side of the screen and wait until his projectiles are near you, then simply jump over them.

Just use TB right after FC. It makes it so that he only drops the balls.
