Thanks for sharing, Are you sure that the only way to achieve the union is to be in complete and utter service to others? i disagree, because one's own health and wellbeing comes first, after all, if you are not aligned yourself, how can you help others? please clarify.

@joyisaware Looking after oneself is paramount but by doing this you are still in "service to others" - a service to self individual is very different please see the video Souls, densities and polarisation in Ascension :)

When you talk about my higher self merging with me, it does not resonate well. Instead it makes my mind imagine being taken over by a foreign entity and the talk of it being a "higher self" are just so that I will open up and feel safe enough to let it in.

Once it is in, I do not know what will happen and this loss of control does not resonate well with me. I am at a point where I have no fear of typical worldly things, but entities taking over my body is still something that conjures fear.

Moulingalette think of this in another way. This metaphor does not have to sit well with you....that's fine. How about your DNA activating and your brain balancing to genius level...both left & right hemispheres working in perfect balance. Do you resonate better with that explanation? It is the same thing :)

So it is less like "letting something in" and more like realizing your own potential and opening up your existence to higher resonance.

If that is the case then it makes a lot more sense to me. I have been feeling myself open up in this way for some time now and the electrical resonace seems to be happening more often and getting stronger.

In reality there is no "less" or "more than" it is simply letting something in...and opening up. Both metaphors are equally correct. Another metaphor would be "a wave of energy coming towards the earth" or "the earth moving into a wave of energy" or "a wave of energy entering our bodies" all metaphors for same thing..take whichever metaphor resonates :)

do you know what apocalypse even means? It is an incredibly misunderstood word. It means literally "to be enlightened" ...its the removal of the mask, thats what an apocalypse is, a mask. Many think of it as 'ultimate doom and death', but no ..its just been seriously misinterpreted as that. Its the time when all are enlightened and all is revealed.

I seem to be going through this process in waves. A few years ago I felt more integrated with my Higher Self than I do now. I think this is because of the situation in which I find myself feels difficult, heavy and stiffling. I'm trying to correct this with meditation and learning all I can about ascension - I can only hope, pray and visualize that even if I don't feel completely My Self, I will still ascend - sooner rather than later. The longing to go Home is growing ever stronger.

I have started meditating and it's the best feeling I have ever had, I'm no longer sad at all, what I would really like to understand mostly is what will happen to people who don't go with this flow, I feel very concerned for them, especially my wife and our relatives

@magentapixie2012 I have always felt connected to the creator but wasn't able to focus with all of the noise and gadgets in the world recently I have been slowly giving up everything I have owned because it just started to feel unimportant and now I have a need for information like I'm being drawn to it on this subject

at this moment it is december 2010. funny, five or six years ago i would've dismissed what you're saying but certain things have happened in my life to challenge my beliefs about life, love and spirituality and your words of enlightenment much like the words by edgar cayce just make sense.
