nope it's treu. I looked up the figures. Israel is top and Obama has pledged 30 billion USD over the next decade (which is an increase) Palestine gets 900 million which is pennies compared to what Israel gets. Check out Obamas speech at AIPAC (it's on YT somewhere) you'll be disgusted!
