Australia's infastructure (C+ as of this year's report) isn't all that much better... Much of it is adequate (just barely) to meet current demand, but our rail network is an absolute shambles (both WA and the ACT scored Fs for rail) and there are few systems in place for catering to rising demand into the future... Still, our infastructure isn't quite falling apart just yet as America's is, but alot of it only has a decade or two of service life remaining...

Why is this not an issue expressed among American citizens, why is it allowed that our corrupt government at the expense of tax payers funneled 80 percent of the stimulus package over 700 billion of it hard to build up China's economy, yet only 20 percent of that created new jobs for American citizens.

5.5 billion dollars annually .. since 1949 Israel has received over 3,000,000,000,000 (TRillion) dollars from American tax payers, and we cannot upgrade our dilapidated infrastructure?! ( D- )

It has worn me out to be surrounded by people who hate me, and then because they are victims they are placed ahead of me. i could use a common toilet plunger to fix what they pay $300-$700 to plumbers to fix, but they wouldn't pay me. It is a pain to see the more qualified people held back in life to placate these victims. they are foolish people historically and presently.
