They can't bring it back. Most of the meerkats are dead...It's sad, really sad. I wish they could bring it back.

Animal Planet is not going to bring back meerkat manor. The only way to save the show is with a strong fan response.

I'm just starting to watch the show on Animal Planet. I'm sure it's reruns by now. So, I came on to see if there was any happy ending for Mozart. I wish I didn't see. But I'm glad she's not suffering anymore. I cried and couldn't believe how much it stayed on my mind all night, the way she woke after having her pups and finding that no one came to be by her side, to help, before they killed the pups. Man, this is too much for me emotionally. I wish I wasn't so sensitive.

The first episode of Meerkat Manor I saw a few weeks ago (rerun) had Mozart being left behind alone to fend for herself and her pups (and then Kinkajou sneaks in and kills her sisters babies). I went online to find out more about Mozart, to find out if she ever had a happy ending. I cried like crazy when I found out she was killed, after being left alone yet again.

Thanks for showing me that I am not alone in caring for this sweetest of Meerkats.

Such a shame Mozart didn't survive, she was a real little character and definitely my favourite female meerkat. First Flower, then Mozart, Carlos and Kinkajou, and recently, Rocket Dog. At least Mitch is still out there.
