@AzureDreamz91 I made the Eden Dome and it took me about a week's worth of evenings after work. I don't know about the other worlds in this video but many creations are made by teams of players on a server. Editing software also helps quite a bit. I imagine a person could spend several years building these in survival mode; you would have to travel very far to acquire resources as local supplies are depleted.
