I remember playing this pack in high school back in the 1960's. I won a gold medal playing this tune. It's called Solo Pomposo.
This player is playing a smaller tuba and doesn't get the fuller sound possible from the bigger Conn Artists.
He could also use a lighter touch and not hammer the notes so hard.
He's also missing a lot of the higher notes. BADLY.

excellent playing. tuning a little off at times but that is so easy to do on a tuba. the accompaniment could be a little tighter/shorter and definately more considerate to the soloist, struggled to he him at times
