@Gheorgyi II -After WW-II, lost by Italy mainly fault of that "mezza porzione" (who, as "head of state" should have refused to sign for it), there was no "coup" by leftist parties only, also many Italians who were not "lefties" were sick and tired of that buffonesque monarchy and dinasty that had allowed the country to be dragged into that insane war; the referendum was in 1946, NOT 1945, and "you" couldn't possibly have voted in it, you weren't even at spermatoplast stage at that time.

@cossuelo I Typical of the usual ignorant youngster who hasn't lived through those events and has not even studied them, OK kidd-o, here's the way it actually ran: there NEVER was an "Italian Empire", there was a kingdom of Italy whose king, VE III, delected in making himself called "emperor of Ethiopia" because it soothed his little ego to be called "emperor" and to hoist on his headgear that white upright plume that made him look taller than his 1,55 m. (5'1") - quella mezza porzione.

the news about history of Italy are not correct! the Kingdom of Italy was born in 1861 and the title of Emperor of Italian Empire came after the conquest of Abyssinia in1936. The first and the only one of our Empire was Victor Emanuel III. After the WW II Left parties decided to make a coup and in the 1945 we went to vote in the referendum between monarchy and republic. He won the republic but with election fraud.
God Save the Emperor of Italy and his Empire
Tripoli and Addis Ababa are Italian
