This cake was made for a fantastic boy named Bradley for his 9th birthday. Bradley's party was a Lego Star Wars theme. I made the cakes and used Lego Star Wars pieces that Bradley lent me.
Love how your cake came out!! I have to make one for my son's Birthday next week:) and I was wondering what size pans you use for the blocks and circles?
@nlpimentel I baked the cake in a large sheet pan and then cut the rectangles to the size I wanted. I measured a lego I had and increased it proportionally to the size I wanted, so if a lego is 1''x.5'' the I ended my cake 5"x2.5" Does that make sense? The circles are large Marshmellows that I cut in half and covered with buttercream. Stick a toothpick half way into the marshmellow and the other half of the toothpick into the cake so the marshmellow will not move around. Hope this helps!
