I don't have an eating disorder but I have problems with self esteem and confidence. I have been watching your videos and they are giving me good ideas on ways to improve my situations. I really appreciate that there are people like you out there that help people and are genuine about it. Thank you for these videos.

Thanks, Cathy. :) I always appreciate what you have to say. Lack of confidence and bullying by others played a huge role in my anorexia as well.

I loved this video Arielle. Lack of self confidence and taking to heart (i.e. believing) the bullying words of others have played a huge part in my anorexia nervosa. And so I turned that distress inwards and starved myself + exercised myself to a state of numb exhaustion daily. You offer some really useful tips on dealing with other people. Really helpful :)
