@chocobofarmer2021 ^That's a much better way of putting it. Though I still have to say that he can't be blamed because it wasn't brought to his attention until after the first plane hit and he instantly redirected fighter jets to the area. He responded as fast as anyone could. While I will say that most of his actions as president were unnecessary and sometimes downright stupid, this is one thing that cannot be held against him. I can understand your point, I just disagree with it.
