There is no day 5 of training (I know I missed some days) because my camera had a "heart attack" when something interesting happened. I was taking a little break from practice cuz things came up in my life. So, I decided to do a little bit of practice yesterday and initially I started out with my usual routine of warming up the mind with a psi wheel. What was interesting is that I found my energy level had increased and it was more difficult than usual to concentrate.

My brain had gotten too used to using the brain channel that influences the rotation anti-clockwise which left the clockwise rotation a little weak. I was putting all my focus into moving it clockwise and all of a sudden a battery which was a little further back on my desk rolled across the table a few centimeters and at the same time my camera totally bugged out and wasn't responding, the light was just flashing continuously with the screen going weird. A few seconds after that my lights began to briefly flicker heavily. I'm not 100% sure if it was on the astral frequency or physical.

This same thing happened with my mp3 player when I attempted to send a charge of energy through it and it just short circuited after going wild. So it seems when our energy fields are amplified without the proper control we can affect our surroundings in undesirable ways which means thought control and concentration meditations are essential to reach any high level of ability.

I'll further experiment and elaborate on the 'brain channels' tomorrow or friday depending when I have the most comfortable free time.

In this video my main intention was to move the psi wheel clockwise.
