You know what, you probably should have just used The Rockford Files' theme song instead of the homage, because that is probably the BEST TV theme song ever!
...right after Hawaii Five-0.... and then Cheers.... and then Duck Tales.... and then Charles in Charge.

What's the going rate for 1970's TV show themes these days?
A couple of months ago I pissed a lot of people off by recording a new answering machine message: I said, "Hi, I'm not here right now, but if you leave yer name and number at the beep, I'll get back to ya!" Then I let the ENTIRE Rockford Files theme song play before the beep sounded.
