If you have blacks friends that's your business that has nothing to do with a cause, that's your social choice.
I believe in freedom as well, but everybody has a different cause for freedom.
When the dust settles and freedom is gotten, Races will want ther piece of the pie, things will have to be divided up.
Freedom is not a kumbya where were all in some utopia on planet earth, freedom is when you have the ability to have control of your own destiny.

Well what could whites contribute to a black cause after the goals are accomplished?
let's assume the BPP succeeded and they got what they wanted, do you think they would just allow whites to change or ammend there 10-point program? I dont think so.
You dont see people of color running to join white nationalist movements.
you know why? cuz people of color would demand changes of their goals, that's what happened when the BPP allow white liberals to members.

I'm black and I gotta say our black community should show some pride dignity and respect. Halve of the community act to the stereotypes like gangsters we can stop that and be civilized as well if u want to accomplish your goals and inspire others and I'm only 13 I know the world out their is cruel and I'm prepared for what ever comes at me I wanna inspire people and succeed in my goals.

@BIGBKELtheGOD You ain't never lied brother.
-
@Th3Individual Yeah like i was saying no pride, dignity or guts agent......!
-
@Th3Individual You're right, class struggle is also a racial struggle but class is the bottom line not race. Whites will not liberate blacks because the black community needs to do that for themselves but they cannot truly liberate themselves until we have (as an entire class) gotten rid of the class based system.
-
@MinDisRighT I agree with you on what you say about freedom but almost all race struggles are actually just class struggles. I don't agree that "races will want their piece of the pie". I think it comes down to classes and we should struggle together with our sisters and brothers of other races against the bourgeoisie which oppress us all and pit us against each other.
-
@MinDisRighT I'm almost positive that the BPP never allowed whites to join. Also, white nationalism is stupid, all racist and nationalist movements are because it divides the people. I am white but I have black friends and comrades and will idenitfy myself as fighting alongside any race for freedom. I don't believe in segregation or any of that no matter if it's done in the name of black or white nationalism. We are all humans and we should view each other as the equals that we are.
Yo Bro Kel those were better times because in those days the black woman stood side by side her black man!

Think the BPP's major flaw was not staying afro-centered and also allowing crackers to influence there program.
it seemed like to me they just copying marxist communism and not pan-africanism.

Yeah I sadly agree. The Panthers were not Afro Centered. I don't think that Huey P. Newton, and Bobby Seale meant for them to be as large as a Phenomena as they became and really still are when we view how they have influenced us. I look at the Panthers as both a learning experience an organization that I can look up to because they were hell bent on not taking any shit from this Country. They attacked Racist Capitalism with organized Socialism. No other Organization before them did this.
