  • The only video I've seen about 'Thanksgiving' which dares to show the truth of the repercussions of the Puritans wiping out natives. A BIG thank you--this white American is willing to look at the truth.

  • Watching this video just really makes me a little irritated and angry. But I know that my ancestors would not want that. We have to push towards making this country better, and we must not forget who REALLY built this country up and was here first. The Natives deserve all of our respect and love, although they rarely get it.

It is time for a change, what goes around WILL come around.

  • @thomaserossi yeah, and what does that make you??? beetle dung?

  • @lmcabrera99 If you read the entire conversation, you will see that I wasn't talking about the video, but responding to a comment.

  • @smarterthan98 Only white people that take everything personally are true racist. It is history not a personal attack, learn how to differentiate.

  • @katasstrophy No, not the early settlers, like the pilgrims. They had no idea how germs spread, or any idea about immunities in the Native Americans. Now if you are talking about when the army passed out blankets known to be contaminated with smallpox, we are talking about a 300 year difference. Don't lay every sin any white man has ever done at my feet simply cause I'm white! My family was in Ireland until the 1880's! The past is ugly, but it is what is.

  • where ever the Europeans went they brought with them disease, greed, and death. this is terrible i don't celebrate this day (or any holiday) especially because European holidays comes with much falsehood. But we can not condemn the ancestors of the Europeans just educate them, or what they think is tradition.

  • @Gwiz1280 Finally a person willing to look at the truth. There are few Native Americans in New England--where did they go? Murder, disease, theft, slavery. The Peqots were shoved in a burning pit and burned alive.

  • @SuperAshlyn2009 Prove it.

  • Why did you use photos of members of western tribes?
