It's such a hard song to sing anyway surely, given it's so high. But I do think daniel was better, I remember watching this and being blown away.

no doubt daniel was better! daniel's just generally a better singer than lewis, though i think lewis has improved a lot. i've seen lewis in wicked (as fiyero) several times and although i still think he needs to work on his singing, i really enjoy him in the role of fiyero and actually prefer him to lee! daniel's done great too :) with avenue q and everything. wish them both the best!

How did Lewis beat Daniel?! Daniel sounded so much more emotional and into the song. I feel like Danile understood what he was singing about. Lewis had too young of a voice and Daniel was much more mature. Daniel should have made it farther than he did.

I never understood why Lewis would ever be judged better than Daniel. Lewis had terrible technique and I didn't believe anything he said. Daniel should have made top 2 at least.
