Unfortunately this lady is a little condescending of parents - stating that parents don't know what they are doing is a little insulting for parents who are really in at the deep end! I think she is a friendly lady, trying to promote her business, but just a little patronising in her terms. -

Babies might cry to be with his parents. Ugh.
She is so undermining of parents capable skills.
