@auto123 Because when it started out, it was stock and the early racers bought what they could and hoped it was good enough.

@auto123 And we wouldn't see Toyota on any NASCAR tracks if the regulations lived up to the very name and had heavily modified Stock cars a la BTTC or DTM racing.

My older brother is the rear tire changer for Martin truex Jr. The waltrip shop is very nice.
