@2010aurnob actually i was using my cell phone, it did not seem like we were reporters...its just that the cop wanted to say something..as you can see he was going through second though...the situation was that the driver stopped few feet over the stop line

the traffic police saw the camera and thought u guys might be reporters moreover u were in a NOAH/VOXY which is used by reporters! So he thought you guys might report against him that the driver didnt saw the signal still the traffic police says nothing! So he decided to step up and interrogate!
