@Ilamarea Hahaha, oh my oh my. Well, honestly I also fail sometimes when I try new things. And I think rosemary may not be the best idea with tomatoes indeed, and thyme is a very strong herb, so if at all you want to use it, use it very sparsely. For pasta, you'd rather use basil for instance. I however often don't add herbs at all. And you need to keep stirring the sauce every once in a while, it must not burn or stick to the ground. Salt is the easiest thing to correct after (if too little).

So I made this spaghetti today, and it wast detastefull. xD
Only my grandma ate it. And even she left the sauce alone :P
I don't know... meaby it was rosemary and thyme. Or not enought salt. Or the fact that it nearly turned into ash.
Anyway, just thought I'd share. :P

Good luck with that.
A good recipe schould suffice for most, but tutorial vids are great encouragement for the less gifted, and thoes yet unsure about their choices. I sure could use some ;P

@Ilamarea Well I would like to make such tutorial videos, but I only have a webcam attached to my laptop and I don't want to take it into the kitchen. Maybe when I can get some money, I shall buy a cam and then I can use it for such tutorials and more.

That's precisely what I was thinking about.
Having no expirience as a cook, I'll try out your recipe for spaghetti, as it is simplier then what I found so far.
Thanks again, aaand.. stay healthy? Or something. ;)

@Ilamarea Well the most basic things I do [recipes for 1 person] is (A) spaghetti (200 g into boiling water, stir once after about 5 minutes, serve after about 9 minutes) with tomato sauce (fry died onions in olive oil until lightly brown, add salt and 3 diced tomatoes and maybe other diced vegetables and mushrooms), to which one can add upon serving yeast flakes or vegan fake cheese, Italian herbs, capers. And (B) parboiled rice, a fresh tomato in wedges, fried fake meat (organic store).

That's how I got here.
I was asking more for recomendations as to what to start with.
Something easy yet tasty and vegan specific. For now I'am eating only salads, dried fruits and nuts.
But with my new vegan cookbook from NewEarthWellnes, I'll probably be able to find recipe 'just for me'. ;)
Thanks for reply.

@Ilamarea Actually you can find many vegan cooking videos here on YouTube, on all levels of cooking skills. Just use the search. Recommended for instance: "the sexy vegan" (lukin82) and TheFreshVegan. Also you will find many good recipes and cooking websites just doing a web search for "vegan cooking" or similar queries.
All those dishes look delicious, and healthy too! Very well done, this clears up the idea that vegans only eat plain tofu ^_^
