  • liked your intro and topics.....I will make some more vids adding some of your suggestions. The more we can get this important information out to people the better off we will all be. Lets hope we can reach as many people as possible with this critical information.

  • You can DIY MREs with a heat sealer, and 8-inch poly tube from U-line. You can flush upright bags with nitrogen before sealing, to remove oxygen.

Also, with a vacuum pack Tila Foodsaver, you can vacuum pack socks, underwear, sweaters, jackets, blankets, ammo, etc. A-line, makes a high-end commercial grade vacuum packer good for a large organization.

  • Grocery stores have shelves full of foods that don't need refrigeration, are high calorie, and ready to eat. For high calories think about corn. Corn meal mush, corn tortillas are simple to make, tortilla chips, corn flakes. Peanuts, peanut butter, crackers, flour, salt, water, soups, canned meats, honey. Tomatoes, pasta sauce, ketchup, mustard, fruits, raisins, banana chips, pasta, spaghetti, macaroni. You can quickly get weeks of food from at a grocery store if you think about staple foods.
