When My son relocated to NC he took his "monster" bench vise with him. So, good ol'l dad had to invent a new way to break the bead. Ummm, how about an old 50s Chevy bumper jack, and the front grill fram from a AC B10. Then add a Kazillion explicitives on a 90s degree day! Good video Zip. The bench vise would have been SO much easier. Both on and off. Specially when you have 4 8x8.50-18s to do! GR8 video as always!

@ZippoVarga I'm actually changing the tires on our riding lawn mower right now. And the way that worked for me is to just put some soapy water around the bead on both sides and then stand on the tire.

@mrjost55 No problem. As long as you have air going into it, you should be fine. I used a hand pump to fill mine, You shouldnt have any issues I dont think.
Thank you, Zippo. Hey, are you one of the Marx Brothers?

how do you break the bead?

There are many ways that people have invented to break the beads when they don't have a conventional tire changer. Do a search on youtube and you will see a few different ways. Personally, I'm fortunate to have a very large bench vice that I use to break beads with, but I have tried other methods that work well.
