For the past few weeks I've been involved in a coaching program that is focused on making positive changes within 90 days.
Part of that program is a series of homework assignments that are meant to trigger massive change in your mindset, your work routine, your family life, your physical well-being, etc. Whatever you choose to focus on.
The latest homework assignment is to produce 10 videos that explain our biggest frustrations in starting a new business.
This is video #4.
What's the big secret?
Why is everything in the network marketing and direct sales industry such a big secret?
Maybe I have just not been around enough, but I am very frustrated with the fact that there are so many secrets. Who is with what company, what the company sells, what the compensation plan is, who sponsored who, etc.
What's the big deal?
Like I said in video three, I like things out in the open and straight forward. I like to be as transparent as possible. I learned this from Robert and Kim Kiyosaki at The Rich Dad Company. The more transparent you can be with yourself, your company and your customers, the better.
Why hide things? It will just make it more difficult for you in the future. You'll have to explain more later.
This is so frustrating to me because it goes against everything I have learned and grown into.
