Fucking drunks. I don't know all the details about this case, but speaking in general, throw the book at drunks who hurt others. And hard. They are selfish bullies. It's one thing if they don't want to respect themselves, but to destroy the lives of others is something else and must not be looked upon lightly. Of COURSE you're gonna feel sorry if you accidentally hurt another. But you should have thought about that before risking other people's lives. Sorry is not enough.
