The First tune is "Kadar Jani Na" (Probably an Old Song.)
Ustad Pyara Singh liked playing it in between other compositions. It's a good example of how to use both GAs and MAs in Raag Bhairavi
The second tune is another difficult-to-play one in Raag Bhairvi. I do not Know which song it's from.
The third one: Dil Ka Khilona.

Maiya Singh on TarShehnai
My brother on tabla -- at the moment he hasn't taken any proper training.. But he can play along when I ask for his help with accompaniment.
check http://www.harsangeet.com for some pretty awesome music (according to me) from Ustadji.
Thanks for the great music

THis instrument is Esraj. Tar shehnai attaches a little attachment to this to simulate shehanai. Esraj is common in Bengal side. Similar instrument in Gujarat side is dilruba.

It cant be Shehnai. Shehnai is a pipe instrument. Late Bismillah Khan was an Ustad of it. If you have seen the hindi movie Goonj Uthi Shehnai (1959) you would know which instrument Shehnai is. This is probably Sarangi.

taarshenai, as the "more info" section says explicitly. good description, though.

i think the stringed instrument is a shehnai? such a sublime sound, sounds like a stylized wail or crying. very beautiful tune and performance. makes me recall that 'god is in music'.
