Soulmates Never Die - AU

Summary: The rescue finally arrives. Kate leaves the island, but Sawyer stays. She thinks he died. Kate follows her life as Monica; get married with Kevin, but Sawyer does not come out of his thoughts. She sees him everywhere, and she's pregnant of his child. One day, she sees him, and discovers that he has left the island and is alive. They return their relationship and Kate ends everything with Kevin. Kate and Sawyer are living together. Some months later, Sawyer is very sick, and Kate asks Jack's help, that refuses. Sawyer ends dying. But Kate still has a piece of Sawyer with her: his son. 'Cause soulmates never die.
