  • I'm glad to see Guy McPherson's ideas brought out more fully -- I feel very aligned with his view, and that of Derrick Jensen -- that we must end industrial civilization as quickly as possible. My views have shifted in the five years since we began taping Peak Moment TV shows -- as climate change has intensified, and as the limits to growth became nakedly visible to all who are willing to see. Thanks for your contribution to the awakening. ~ Janaia

  • "Glows like a fag ember" - brilliant!

  • @cabbey31 I actually stole that last line from a lecture from the incredible Ronald Wright:L A short history of Time. Thanks for watching. I have another preview of the film. "Somewhere in New Mexico Before The End Of Time preview 2"

  • It's ironic that this vision of a more sustainable future looks a great deal like the pioneering past.

  • @SPAnsw The specter of industrial civilization has been a moment in time. Dr. McPherson goes into more detail in the follow-up preview. "Somewhere in New Mexico Before The End Of Time preview 2" Thanks for watching.

  • When a lot of people all over the world come to the same conclusion at the same time that is called a consensus.
