  • Isn't this a little like having the fox look after the chicken house?

  • They admitted the decision is their's on how they enforce the act, and they gave it to me in writing.

  • You are absolutely right. File a WCB claim no matter how insignificant the injury seems.

Does this mean that our governments have no power over WCB? If so, then the Ministry of Labour is a useless agency for the worker. What a scam. The WCB needs an 'autopsy' so we know what's what and who's who. In other words; the truth.

  • we elected politicians; we didn't elect wcb, so how can politicians say they are at arms length?

if wcb cannot be held accountable, how due we get rid of them?

  • You have to learn to use notice of understand and intent with claim of right.

Understand act and statues are not law but only contracts. They request your consent.

The act is your right the benifit is a priviledge. Under sec 337 of the crimmal code, what belongs to you is to be returned to you or go to jail.

This is not legal advice. Remember mandate the minister.

  • They can not change the framework of the act,you can sue them if they do.

You have to mandate the minister and go public with the fact they are change the law without authority of the government. You can not change one point of the law just for you and keep the rest.

  • Wouldn't it be nice to operate a company that every worker has to pay premiums to, and only has to spend profits if you feel so inclined? And then, if anyone thinks this is unfair, you look into it, yourself, and make the final and binding decision? You know, I think even I could show a profit with an operation like that!

  • How about abuse of power.
