    U know wat I hear.... I hear u say-

    you cannot

  • @masterwrongtv

i totally agree !!! flatwood-dummys don´t really do their job, not even poorly !!

  • You cannot train the form on this dummy, no leg, cannot get to the 90 degree angles for section 4, hell you can't even do the first part of section 1 adequately. YOu cannot get your 45 strikes either because the body is not round. It's of no use to a wing chun guy, just a jkd guy who wants to pretend to look good slapping it about.

Wall bags are great and look well made too. Demoing elbow striks on a wall bag is a great way to get sued by students, impact travels back to the heart

  • erm.. i wanna noe wher sell this items, in singapore.. i hope u could post videos on wher to sell

  • He moves well. His hand strikes look sweet.

  • @doremidor

obviously you have no idea what you are talking about lad. Wooden dummy is essential part of solo training. You can't whack your partner all the time. So when you are alone you can train on the dummy. It improves the hardiness of hands, speed and agility. No training method alone is ultimate, that's why one has to combine them together. Training with real person all the time is not perfect solution as well, since many techniques in Wing Chun will maim him.

    I hope u understand now :)
