A longer movie of my current HO layout of the Central Vermont's Barre Branch. Still very much a work in process, this does feature hand laid track (code 55, 70, & 83), Fast Tracks turnouts, Sergent couplers, NCE DCC, and Soundtraxx Tsunami decoders, and a bunch of foam core stand in buildings.

Better scenery to come!

  • They're not any more money, actually, than the Kadees, if you buy them in bulk. The bigger issue is if you take your cars to a club - than they won't be compatible.

  • Nicely done.

  • It's an impressive video, even with the foam-core buildings and lack of scenery. The main purpose for your video is the switching action anyway and you've done a super job of showing that. I admire your talent & ability to lay actual track rather than laying down factory made. I can't wait to see the finished product, although we all know there's no such animal, lol. Great video and layout, thanks for sharing.

  • do you think sergent couplers are worth the money. i am considering upgrading.

    nice layout by the way.
