@memamia2000 plus i do agree actions like Zaheer, Bret, Imran, Akram, Waqar are much more beautiful to watch - real flow & Rhythm. Not to mention the old timers, Akhar falls in the category of Devon Malcom, Patterson etc BUT at times he too can look like say Waqar in his flow.

@memamia2000 I respect your opinion + at the end of the day this does not really effect us & hence is not important. What Holding was saying is that it looks 'funny'/different/suspect from every angle THAT is what started that issue in the first place but BOTH HOLDING & LILLE worked with & analyzed him carefully & with equipment. THAT is why he was cleared. excuse me but if this was thommo - many would be telling us WOW WHAT A GOD GIFT - THIS HYPER EXTENSION. peace

@AIMANALI Brother, since he has been cleared by the ICC I have to agree with you regarding the chucking part. But his action was never clean. Seach for a youtube video "Does Shoaib Chuck?". In that video Michael Holding shows why his action is doubtful even if you take hyperextension into consideration! He compares Akhtar with another bowler who has hyperextension.
Shoaib has been a treat to watch. But I am an admirer of clean actions. Akhtar, unfortunately, did not have one.
