Of course it's Mick Doohan, look at the end under the Alpinestars text it says Nankai, and in some sequence it you can see that it says Nankai on the leg. Why would anyone pretend to be Mick Doohan? And you can see on the riding style that it's him!

Nice video, but it was not Mick Doohan riding.
Doohan never wore Alpinestar leathers. He always wore Nankai.
Also, the helmet worn is the 1992 paintjob like on the Giga. Doohan would have his own RX7 prototype.
