hi i had 4 carp and 4 tench the carp were between 13 and 16 pound, i was unlucky to have a big un, 1 of my mates had a 35, 24 and a few small ones my other 2 mates blanked and the person who i went with had about 35 fish in 2 weeks of all diferent sizes. i fished swim 9 with the rest of us spread throughout the woods

Hi at least you caught, lots of people go to Sky and blank. If you go to france again a place called Valley Lake is worth a visit, i did very well there last year.

Good luck, let me know how you get on. As you look over lake from point swim, try get peg to the right, find your spots and feed, can take a few days for fish to come on to bait , don,t panic if no fish by wednesday, fish WILL find it. On a night it,s worth throwing a spare rod in lake behind you, some good fish in, be carefull who you tell, if you get a bigun lol !.
