  • Hey im 280lbs and riding to lose weight. I ride occasionally, but now i ride 7-10mi every day. Is that too much for my body everyday? should i use a day or two to recover? I plan on doubling my miles by February. Please reply thanks :)

  • Yep, I help keep toxins flowing out during training weeks/months with a daily MSM+Vitamin C packets and make sure I drink some pomegranite juice daily also. I don't have a scientific measure of the affect but I able to train harder and longer before it caught up to me and I had to rest a couple days.

  • Some pretty dubious science there, Graeme! You'll be recommending Hessian brushing to remove the 'toxins' trapped in cellulite next! Always enjoyable to watch though ;-)

  • nice legs ;)
