After riding normal bikes my entire life I recently switched to fixie... on flat land, pavement, nothing fancy... I almost kicked the teeth out with my knees, lol. It's so hard to switch. So respect for doing it in the freaking mountains.

hey i ride a track bike on the streets, and i am really into fixed gear bikes nowa days. what are the advantages/disadvantages of riding fixed on a mountain bike?

i was kinda hoping to see so some track skids in the dirt.
i like this. he is doing it for himself. a mt bike challenge.. this is the opposite of all the dweebs we see in the city on fixies who want to be seen. or is it scene? cheers!

what wheel set are you using and does that frame have track drop outs or just standard vertical mtb drops
