Children do not realise that water from the AC drain is unhealthy. For them its just an act of Fun...but it is in our hands to prevent such an incident from becoming an everyday occurence caused by dire necessity due to lack of water.

Thats an amazing idea guys! I already have loads done loadsa reserach on the subject and a few rough ideas on a campaign chalked out. am sure we cn pull off one amazing campaign if we put our heads together. :)

I see that you have had to delete many of the comments as things were getting dirty here. Sad that it had to happen, Fa. Anyway, I think it will make sense to have some sensible discussions here. Debates are fine as long as things don't get dirty. I noticed some debates in other videos as well. "Facts" which claim that the ice caps are not melting but the percentage of ice has gone up by over 40%! LOL! Where do people come up with such statistics from? Crazy stuff!

Let me tell you a small story.

There was once a cruel king called Dionysius. He was so dreaded amongst his own people that they wished he him dead.

But as all kings are, Dionysius lived in the lap of luxury and waited upon by a hundred servants.

Among his courtiers was Damocles who envied the king and exclaimed, "you have everything a man could wish for. I'd die a happy man if i could live your life for just one day."

just as a point of notice, the water coming out of the AC duct is polluted too and if that AC was turned off, these kids will run out their existing water supply also. so is the video saying we are in a catch 22 situation where we have to run the AC to get the water but still save the world?

sure its fiction. i just said read the technical papers referenced in the book. all of them are true and exist. and there is enough technology at hand today to purify sea water to make it potable. its just sad that india has not applied any of these so far. I agree that polluting the rivers is not good but thats a different debate altogether.

if its ur AC then keep a pipe to the drain first, ifs no urs then its a good work and tell all ur apartment people to do that. And more over this isnt much heart involving because, it would be very effective if u have shown the effects for this. good video but it must be extended.

dont think its discouragement but think as an encouragement to do an good short film which tell the people how to realise, and why this should not be happen.

The ad is trying to depict the evils of climate change. You can't expect a murder to depicted without a single mention of it, can you? Care was taken to ensure the hygienic conditions, and you can be rest assured that no kid drank contaminated water. The video portrays the idea pretty well. Seeing that you believed that the kids did drink the contaminated water is enough reason for everyone to believe that the video was well shot. Thanks for your comment.
