they do that because they know your asking them something cause they recognize when you say "do you want to" and there trying to figure it out both my dogs do that to and there not pugs and it doesnt have to do with ear placement @ DriveMoonlight

Too cute!! Just FYI the reason a pug tilts his head to the side is because of the ear placement, it helps them hear better. Even so, it is cute as can be!

the pug on the left was too funny, his little head was going to opposite direction and then he just waited there like 'are we really going?' very cute! We used to have a pug, he was a little distructive tornado for 14 years :)
