  • HEY KEV......I just wat to tas THankyou!!! From the bottom of my heart! This year I have lost a total if 80 lbs and have started gaining muscle everywhere since I started with the Levrone Report. I started this august at 345 and weighed in now at 265! All from "2 a day" cardio sessions and weight training 7 days a week. I'm gonna make a vid like Raul Cruz that shows my transformation.

  • dont worry about retaining muscle man. once the muscles on, and you keep working out, you will retain it and or gain more muscle. you dont magically lose muscle unless you stop working out, even then that takes awhile to make you lose muscle. FAT is the bodies main source of energy. the reason people get fat is because they are eating to maintain, and or gain. but when u do diet, that is when u get into the fat and lose weight. dont worry about muscle loss.. just keep lifting heavy while dieting
