This is the Bulova Millennia 96C21 Perpetual Calendar Minute Repeater watch with 2 time zones. It's a very high quality quartz movement which was originally made by Citizen back in the early 1990s. This movement is controlled by Citizens OEM department, not by Miyota (the Citizen-owned movement maker in Japan).

11/7/10 UPDATE; I made an error when I said this was a jeweled movement. Since I made this video, several members of the 96C21 User Group on Yahoo have verified that there are NO jewels (like most quartz movements) in this movement. I too, have physically verified this. It has an excellent quality movement with a normal floating gear train.

  • seriously... the chim from the MR is really a pathetic attempt....

  • @mivec81 Well, it was designed in the early 90's. It actually sounds better than the recorded sound you hear in the vid, but I get where you're coming from.
