Dave Mayhew & Friends

This was a section came about in a small video I made for a party, called 'Summer of the Cicada'. It was in celebration of the return of the cicadas, a bug that returns once every 17 years in the Mid-Atlantic area. It was premiered Dec. 28th,2004 in Washington DC. I made 250 copies of it and gave the majority of it away to people. I sold the last 100 copies to pay for the cost of the duplication and that was it. It was just made to get all the skaters in the area together so we could a one holiday together. It only happens once in a blue moon.

With all the guys being released from Osiris Shoes, this footage was just sitting around and I wanted people to see it. I guess youtube is the perfect outlet.

Addition footage in the part is filmed by Marc Delellis and Jimmy Kappel, two filmers I use to work along side for a few years.

Side note: Josh's footage in this section was recently used in the video,'Livin It LA'.

No i did not read it. He filmed a part for the video mag I use to worked for back in 1999 and we logged the footage that night after he did it. He had been there before but the day he made it, it was 1st try.

First off Kasper ain't got shit on Koston. Second Kasper never hardflipped Carlsbad first try. Third why don't you give some credit to Donny Barley who switch hardflipped Santa Monica triple back in 97

Actually Josh did hardflip Carlsbad 1st try when he did it. He did it over a keg spraying a beer mist with some crazy girl dancing in the background with Coronas in hand. Look for the Progression video part he did it online.

hahahaha Kasper owns Eric Koston. It took eric ver 20 tires to do a switch trick on that double set and kasper got it 1st try
