@RayAir1 Bush may have been an asshole. He could however read and write, which means he's not illiterate. Also, did you evaluate him using an IQ test? That's the only way to show intelligence as far as how "dumb" people are. Also, he committed no war crimes. Prove where he did.

Is this fake? I believe so. Anyone can easily add a track of audio in some clip they found on the internet. I believe someone editing this video and added their own audio and now pretend it is Bush being fed words. If not, show me proof!!
