I watched this VHS hundreds of time as a little one and this is the first time I've seen it in about twenty-one years. Thanks for the upload and the trip back to my childhood. Very enjoyable, shame there's no nice upscaled release on a disc.

My sister and Dad acted out the "I like myself" part all the time. This was a great lesson for her. She always loved the movie and still does. Her self esteem has always been intact. She is now 26, and is now recommending it for my daughter to be born in March. I was showing my husband. I think he enjoyed it.

I'm not an expert on animation. I guess that's why I'm not seeing the discrepancies. To me this is a wonderful story for children. It has a clear message of caring for yourself.
