Ahhhh, that is what it's called. . .(TG Lift) I guess I've got to do more pull ups ! ! LoL.

I LOVE watching your vids, like I always tell you. . . I wonder if you'd mind sharing HOW You manage to do the move (((@ :36 secs))) without a kick. . PLEASE share any tips, I would LOVE to be able to do this or at least safely try it out, lol! Thanks for posting your vids. . .

Thank you!!!! I did ballet when I was 4. But moved on to gymastics for over a decade!!!!! HOpe you had a great Thanksgiving!!!!

No problem, how long did it take you to get the TG lift? I can do the TG but can't do the lift yet! x

Let's see. I am not sure. All that I remember its that after I dislocated my elbow, it took me a while longer to get it back. It is a matter more of the delicate balance of pulling down and pushing with the top and bottom hand to get up. It also requires lat strenght (do pull-ups everyday!) It is a good idea to get this feel of this balance by descending slowly out it. Then you get it the lift part. Make sense?
