Monitoring my recovery after my elbow injury, I finally got back landing with control out of the twisted handspring!!!! Productive day!

Inversions Workshop this Saturday, May 30th at 11:30 am!
Now that you have learned to invert, take this skill to the
next level! Safely learn the aerial acrobatics that are related to this trick. You will learn at least 7 tricks based on the invert including butterfly, glider, inverted handstands. You will also learn great conditioning exercises for the core to improve your invert.

Prerequisite: the basic invert.

Location: Antix Fitness Studio: 310 Alabama Street, Suite B, Redlands, CA 92373

Time: 11:30 - 1:30

Cost: $60 for non-Antix clients; $40 for Antix clients. This is normally a $75/person workshop!

  • No problem, how long did it take you to get the TG lift? I can do the TG but can't do the lift yet! x

  • Let's see. I am not sure. All that I remember its that after I dislocated my elbow, it took me a while longer to get it back. It is a matter more of the delicate balance of pulling down and pushing with the top and bottom hand to get up. It also requires lat strenght (do pull-ups everyday!) It is a good idea to get this feel of this balance by descending slowly out it. Then you get it the lift part. Make sense?
