You say your tunning is D#G#D#G#CD#, if so, you're saying that the Open G you're using is DGDGB#D.
What's the difference in having the 2nd string half a step higher than usual?
Is this song not playable on regular DGDGBD?

@caralhosvosfodam
there's no halfnote between B and C so that's why it's a C - consider it like I'm playing with a capo at the first fret - then you get D#G# etc
the song is perfectly playable in DGDGBD, my version is tuned up because you get a greater string tension with a clearer sound as a result

Fantastic piece! And what is the guitar, also the Delta?

No, this one was made by Canadian Joseph Yanuziello.
I found it used on ebay a couple years ago.

Nothing remotely Hawaiian slack key sounding about this even though you sort of play some of the vamps very familiar iin TaroPatch tuning. Just please call it slide guitar in an open tuning. Not criticiziing your playing, just asking for a more accurate description so as to not confuse listeners about the genre. Mahalo.

please read the side bar carefully : it's a mix of....
the turnaround is typical slack key (I learned it from a song called Opihi Moii)
the second part is Mai Kai No Kauai, a piece played by slack key and steel guitarists...
