tokyocooney, Don't mean annoy with so many questions but, I have research this question with wireless providers only to have diffrent answer. What band-width would my cellphone need in order to work in Japan? Don't want to rent one. I just wanna keep it simple and use my own. I want go to hotel then party,no renting items no hassels

Honestly, I have no freaking clue. But I can almost garauntee you, you are better off just getting a rental phone at narita airport. Its fairly painless, and economical from what I understand. There may be a way to use your phone, but frankly I dont know what it is. Best of luck.
