I chose 31 because I knew I wasn't going to hit 50 and I wanted to do a prime number.

@TheMatthewSmythShow Some people lose their legs in accidents or are born with only one. Therefore they lower the average number of legs by an itty bitty amount. It's not much, but it lowers it enough so that those of us who have two legs have an "above average" number. Make sense?
