Excerpt from the first European feminist multimedia show, In the Beginning...Of The End, written in 1980-81 by Renate Stendhal (http://www.renatestendhal.com) and co-created with painter Maj Skadegaard. A provocative time-travel through the origins of Patriarchy and beyond. The award-winning show was produced on film by the Canadian Film Board and toured for 2 years throughout Europe. A "comic strip" version appeared in the German feminist magazine Emma, in 1982. Available on DVD at http://www.lesbenkaufhaus.de.
